30-Day Challenge plus some

I'm back on track with my 5k training...but still have at least one month to go.  I'm adding this exercise set each day as well

hoping the two will show some difference on me. I'm going to try to increase the numbers on the exercise set each week.  Let's see what happens.

  1. Today....6, 5, 6, 5 on 5k training...then home for 30-day challenge. The abs and gluts are feeling it.
